Time Line Therapy®
Have you ever been talking to someone and they said something to you and you reacted in a way that (even for you) seemed a little extra? Or maybe you get a strong response to certain phrases, words or even people and you don’t know why? This is one way to know that you might be reacting to something in your past. Sometimes certain words, experiences, phrases, or people remind us unconsciously of things in our past that we have not fully resolved yet. Perhaps a relationship didn’t end well… or you grew up in a toxic family environment… or you had a bad or significant emotional experience as a child, in school, or even at work. If you find that something triggers you, in a way that is much bigger than maybe you feel it should be (or if you are running into the same old experiences or people over and over again), that might be an indication that you’re reacting to something in the past… to an old experience.

For example, if you have an experience that triggers a deep memory from the past, or feels familiar to something in the past, that is an indication that you’re actually not responding to the event itself but some old experience from the past. These triggers can keep you stuck in those old emotions and prevent you from being able to move forward and be at peace with that event. This is why TimeLine Therapy Technique is so powerful. It helps you to release those old emotions so you can move and be free of the past things that are (unconsciously) getting in your way.
Time Line Therapy® (TLT) is a therapeutic process developed by Dr. Tad James, a Master Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). This type of therapy releases negative emotions attached to past events such as anger, fear, sadness, hurt, and guilt. It also eliminates self-limiting beliefs that hinder a person from pursuing the life that they want.
Negative emotions get in the way of one's work, relationships, health, and life per se. Taking away the negative emotions attached to past events changes a person's behavior and perspective on life. Next time a situation that would normally make them feel bad arises, they will be able to deal with it intelligently rather than base their reaction on how they felt towards a similar event in the past.

What Can You Expect From Time Line Therapy®?

A Time Line Therapy® session takes about an hour and a half and does not have to be repeated. The client does not have to keep coming back to address a specific negative emotion. Once the source of an emotion has been identified and removed from the client's subconscious, it creates a domino effect. The succeeding events in their life that triggered the same emotion can be eliminated as well.
At the beginning of the therapy session, the practitioner places the client in a relaxed state while they discuss the negative emotions that the latter would like to resolve. The client remains fully conscious throughout the therapy session as they work through clearing negative emotions from the past to break the patterns of beliefs and behavior that they are currently experiencing and affecting their life.
After the session, the client will feel a great sense of relief and lightness. To ensure the client's continuous healing, the practitioner will educate them on different methods that will enable them to make the right decisions in the future.

Is Time Line Therapy® Safe?

Time Line Therapy® is carried out in a safe, non-invasive, and relaxing manner. What's more, the client is not forced to relive painful events in their past, which could subject them to trauma. Anyone, regardless of age, can benefit from TLT and rewrite the course of their life.
